Cancelation and Late Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice and I cannot fill the appointment, the first time will not be charged. After that, the full session fee may apply.
For missed or forgotten appointments, the first no-show is not charged. Any no-shows after that may be charged the full fee.
If you are running late, your session may be shortened to honor the schedule, and the full session fee still applies. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation.
